Major topics include: staffing in the context of employment planning, work analysis and legislation, managing human resource acquisition from external sources, recruitment, selection interviews, employment testing, managing human resource flow internal to the organization, orientation, probationary evaluation, career planning, and down-sizing, retirement and succession planning.
